Hi! I am Najib

a Grade 11 student at the American School of Dubai with a keen interest in entrepreneurship and UI/UX design. My venture into entrepreneurship commenced in 2022, during a summer course at Columbia University. It was there that I led a team in developing AyEm, a pioneering wearable technology designed to aid individuals with morning wakefulness and sleep tracking. This initiative marked the beginning of my journey in creating meaningful technological solutions.

Following this experience, in 2023, I embarked on a new project named SmartPocket, co-founded with a peer. SmartPocket is an innovative platform that offers a comprehensive solution for students to access discounts at local merchants, serving both the student body and the business community.

In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I hold the position of co-president within the Economic Debate Club at the American School of Dubai. This role allows me to engage deeply with economic theories and discussions, further broadening my educational experience. Furthermore, I have contributed to the development of Directorize, a directory for student textbooks, facilitating easier access to academic resources.

Through these experiences, I aim to merge my academic pursuits with practical applications, striving to make a significant impact within my community and beyond.
